HOCHTIEF CZ has a new Executive Board member

David Alonso comes from the Spanish city of Ourense and graduated from the University of Vigo where he majored in Economics and Business. He joined the HOCHTIEF group in 2001 and has worked at the branches and on the sites of the group all around the world since then (Germany, Denmark, Chile or Middle East). His last job before coming to the Czech Republic was in Denmark where he was the CFO of HOCHTIEF Infrastructure Denmark and also a member of the management of a JV of companies building a metro line in Copenhagen.

In HOCHTIEF CZ, he will have the top-level authority over the area of economy and finance, which is to be handed over to him by the current Executive Board member Jörg Mathew in the upcoming weeks. After eight years with HOCHTIEF CZ, Mr Mathew moves to the headquarters of the parent company in Essen where he is taking the position of the Head of the Internal Audit Department.
