Marek Čepela works in the company HOCHTIEF CZ since August 2012 and previously held the position of Economic Director at the division. Prior to joining the construction company he worked as Financial Director of the company MEGATECH Česká republika which is one of the major international suppliers in the field of automotive industry and before that spent five years as Financial Director in the technological company Siemens Engineering.   

Marek Čepela, who is forty years old, graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences, programme Economy and Management.  At the company HOCHTIEF CZ he will manage the division whose most interesting projects include for example the construction of an architectural gem – the first new post-revolutionary theatre in Pilsen, reconstruction of a UNESCO site – Castle Hill Litomyšl, revitalization of monastery Broumov, construction of multipurpose stadium in Eden or just acquired contract for construction of the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics in Prague – Dejvice.

Marek Čepela is married, has two children and speaks English. His hobbies include sports (mountain bike, squash, badminton, tennis and golf), travelling, culture, informatics and cooking.
