The project is located in the municipality of Holovousy near the city of Jičín and five new objects will be executed during the course of the works – main building, green house, two garages and container storage. During the execution an exeisting object of cooled storage will be reconstructed. The completion will result in a new science and research center for applied research in pomology.

Construction works will commence in July 2013 and are scheduled to end in December 2014.
