Athletic hall with parameters fulfilling the criteria of the International Association of Athletics Federations, (IAAF) for national and international competition.

The object will have one underground and three above ground floors and a load-bearing system allowing undisturbed watching of sporting events from all places on the stadium.

Spectator capacity will be at least 2200 spectators (1680 seated, 472 standing, 48 in VIP sector).

Dimension of the athletic hall will be approx. 108 x 80 x 16,5 m (l x w x h), enclosure of approx. 139 000 m³.

The athletic hall will contain an athletic oval with six lanes. Sprinting straight with á lanes will be located inside the oval and will also contain sections for following disciplines: (i) long jump and triple jump, (ii) high jump, (iii) pole vault with run-up section 45 m long a (iv) shotput; all including warm-up and regeneration area and sufficient space for broadcasting technology. The background facilities will include a warm-up tunnel with a 6 lane 90 m running track, which will terminate in long jump and triple jump landing zone. There will also be a gym.
