The building is the second unit of a new office complex BB Centrum near Budějovické square in Prague 4 - Michle. Building Beta closely adjoins building Alpha, which has already been completed.

| Description: | Building Beta is an office building with a total number of 12 storeys – 9 aboveground and 3 underground. On the lower storeys there will be garages for about 350 cars and technical rooms for the building administration. On the 1st storey there will be the Beta entrance hall, a catering complex and a restaurant. The remaining eight storeys will be adapted to the use as offices with a total area approx. 17,000 sq.m. Unlike building Alpha, building Beta will be exceptional due to the extensive glazing of the shell similar to the opposite buildings; there will be two atria here. The construction and initial work started in autumn of 2003, completion is foreseen for March 2005, in total, more than 400 persons take part in the project. |
