| Description: | The residential complex "Včelná - Boršov" comprises the construction of 42 family houses with comprehensive technical infrastructure. There are 32 dwelling units 4 rooms+kitchen without garages and 10 units 5 rooms+kitchen which have a garage each. The two-storey buildings are built on foundation strips of plain concrete and the envelope is of Porotherm insulating blocks. Heating is designed for gas, KM Beta tiles are used as roofing. The roof is completed with plumber´s metalwork. Plastic windows are white with partitioning grids. |
