| Description: | New parking house will have two underground and three above-ground floors with a total capacity of 94 parking spaces, including four places for the disabled. The building will be equipped by staircases connecting the individual floors, personal elevators for persons with limited mobility and social premises. Load-bearing construction of the house is made of reinforced concrete skeleton, which will be made of combination of pillar and wall system. Basement part, which is founded below the level of the surrounding terrain and surface of the lake Jordán, will be from impermeable concrete, including pillars and walls. Above-ground part is planned as reinforced concrete. Construction includes the propping surrounding objects, adjustment to access and exit routes and greenery extension surrounding the building. |
