3.8.2015 - First-rate hospital department under a heliport is to welcome new patients soon
After two years of construction works at the area of the oldest part of the central building of the hospital in Frýdek-Místek a new modern surgery department has risen. On Tuesday 3 August it was opened in a ceremony by the governor of the Moravian and Silesian Region in attendance of other prominent guests. Construction of the new department took two years and the total costs including medical technology reached nearly CZK 460 million. 85% have been paid from the EU resources; the rest has been paid from the budget of the Moravian and Silesian Region.
29.7.2015 - Cyclists can ride more safely at Týnec nad Sázavou
Two new sections of a bike path with the total length of 1.79 km and a new bridge across the Sázava River for cyclists and pedestrians have started being used by cyclists at Týnec nad Sázavou and Zbořený Kostelec in the Benešov region. The bridge, which makes it easier for both residents and tourists to get to the remains of Zbořený Kostelec castle and to a bus stop ensuring connection with the capital, was opened with a ceremony by the governor of the Central Bohemian Region Miloš Petera (ČSSD) on Tuesday 28 July 2015.
14.7.2015 - Reconstruction of the waste water treatment plant and completion of construction of sewerage in Ústí nad Orlicí
On Tuesday, July 14, 2015 a ceremonial completion of the project “Ústí nad Orlicí – sewerage and WWTP“ was held. A higher quality and more efficient solution of the problem of waste treatment and environmental protection in Ústí nad Orlicí District are achieved thanks to implementation of this project.
30.6.2015 - We will build a new central fire station in Šumperk
On Monday, June 29, 2015 at 9:30 AM a Contract for Work was ceremonially signed in Olomouc at the Regional Directorate of Fire Rescue Service of the Olomouc Region on supply of construction of a new central fire station and residence of the Regional Department of Šumperk.
19.5.2015 - Vítkovice stadium ready to welcome world stars
At the end of the last week, HOCHTIEF CZ, which has been carrying out stage II of reconstruction works at the Vítkovice stadium, temporarily handed over the stadium into the hands of the investor. According to the agreed time schedule HOCHTIEF CZ had to undertake that the reconstruction would not interfere with this year´s Golden Spike taking place on 26 May 2015. The stadium is thus even before completion of the last stage of the reconstruction ready for new challenges to the word records. A sprinter Usain Bolt stated some time ago that he was looking forward to his seventh start at the Golden Spike and that a contest on a newly reconstructed stadium motivated him to achieve the best result.
23.4.2015 - Renovated monastery and garden in Broumov to be opened in a ceremony
A renovated part of the monastery and adjacent garden in Broumov are opening in a ceremony attended by Cardinal Dominik Duka, Deputy Prime Minister Pavel Bělobrádek, regional governor Lubomír Franc and Prior of Břevnov and Broumov P. Prokop Siostrzonek on 22 April. The public will be able to take a look at the new rooms during Doors Open Days on the weekend of 25 and 26 April.
6.4.2015 - HOCHTIEF CZ completed and handed over to Prague a new section of metro line
On Easter Monday, five years of efforts of the builders working on extension of the metro line A were accomplished. HOCHTIEF CZ in a joint venture of suppliers built on the route two new stations (Bořislavka and Motol Hospital) and parts of the adjacent tunnels. HOCHTIEF CZ would like to follow up on this success in the upcoming projects of similar nature.
27.3.2015 - The National Film Archive builds a new depository for 100 million kilometres of film

the new depository will provide a safe storage especially for non-flammable colour films

the depository for CZK 116.5 million is constructed by the joint stock company HOCHTIEF CZ according to an architectural design by ing. arch. Martin Kotík and a design by the company Arch.Design
26.3.2015 - Fruit research and breeding in new premises
Ceremony of opening a new seat of the Research and Breeding Institute of Pomology has taken place on March 26th in Holovousy. In nearly two years, five buildings have risen at open space near the chateau in Holovousy – main building with laboratories, research greenhouse, two buildings with garages for agricultural technology, storage of packaging materials and refrigerated fruit storage. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor, Research and Breeding Institute of Pomology Holovousy Ltd., and of the JV of contractors aptly named “APPLE” consisting of the construction companies HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. and BAK stavební společnost.
24.3.2015 - Ludgeřovice is almost completely connected to the sanitary sewer system
Representatives of the companies in a joint venture HOCHTIEF CZ, EUROVIA CS and VOKD today ceremonially handed over to the client – Ludgeřovice municipality – a newly built sanitary sewer system.
