This year the professional jury, presided by ing. arch. Radomíra Sedláková, chose from a couple of dozens of projects. Nowadays we can be proud of the Nomination for Title Building. The construction company HOCHTIEF VSB obtained this award for the building of IATCC in Prague in Jeneč.

The title Construction of the Year may be awarded to a maximum of 5 projects.
The announcing of the results of the competition Construction of the Year 2005 will take place during the celebratory evening of FOR ARCH trade fair on 20th September 2005 in Prague.
