The Regular General Meeting of our company held on May 31st, 2005 decided, besides usual procedural matters, on the approval of financial statement for 2004, distribution of profit for 2004 and personnel changes in the Supervisory Board, which was relevant to the resignation of Mr. Christoph Heinrich Denzel from his function as a Member of the Supervisory Board. Dipl.-Ing. Eimert Los was elected to be the new Member of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Eimert Los was born on December 4th, 1960 and is of Dutch nationality. After the finalization of his high school studies in Washington D.C., USA and graduation from Technical University in Aachen, he commenced his career in HOCHTIEF, where he has remained since. Mr. Eimert Los is managing director of HOCHTIEF Construction International.
