The construction of two residential houses started in Prague 9 – Běchovice in June 2005.The investor as well as developer is the company B.D.S. residing in Prague 9. The execution and general contract was assigned to the company HOCHTIEF VSB Division 1, operation 5; chief site manager is Ing. Blahomír Donát.

The individual apartment units will be located in two residential houses – A and B.The residential house A is a four-storey, no-cellar building with 32 apartment units.The residential house B is a five-storey building (4 above-ground stories, 1 underground storey for 49 parking spaces) with the total number of 54 apartment units. Both residential houses have no cellars.

The order value amounts to 126 mil. CZK, construction period is from June 2005 to September 2006.
